The Destiny Every Person has a unique purpose and destiny in life. The Reality Sadly, many children never realize that they matter because the world has forgotten them. Mozambique is one of many African countries devastated by the AIDS epidemic Julie Malacusky, founder of The Dream Project, and co-founder Michael Goodnight are positively impacting children orphaned, abandoned, and impoverished by the devastation of AIDS. Through Christ's love, Julie and Michael are bringing the fatherless to homes and leading them to the Heavenly Father.

The Dream Our Vision is to place children in family-style homes with loving, indigenous people rather than in orphanages. Julie and Michael build family-style homes and mentor men and women from the local Mozambique community to be surrogate parents for the children. Surrogate parents receive vocational training and are taught life skills such as nutrition, hygiene, and agriculture. Impoverished children in need of support within their own families are cared for through Day Programs. All children receive the necessities of clean water, food, clothing, health care, and education. Because of Julie and Michael's mission, the people of Mozambique are becoming empowered and self supporting.

The Future Children who are a part of The Dream Project will become future leaders in Mozambique rebuilding their war torn country, currently stricken with poverty and the devastation of AIDS.
